The first step to site acquisition is the site search. BWCS obtains a search area from one of our many partners and we utilize it in order to pick the best location for our new site. These site search areas are chosen due to their ability to speak to other neighboring sites. Straying outside of these search areas and requested elevations can causes a need for more sites in a community limiting efficiency. Once we have found the best location in these search areas we reach out to potential clients for approval of the location that will best meet their coverage needs. 

Once willing land owners are on board we move into the site leasing phase. We help land owners take their property and turn it into an income producing asset. We meet with many local property owners and determine which one best matches up with our site specifications.

Once the paperwork is finalized the tower is constructed we are always here to help. We will be here to support you with any and all tower related problems or questions you might have. Whether it is a day after the tower is up or ten years later, we've got you covered.

During the zoning phase we work with the local governing bodies to make sure our sites adhere to local rules and regulation. We meet with local town and city planners to make sure our tower is a right fit for the area's needs. 

5.) Post Site Acquisition

Once zoning is complete, it's time to move on to permitting. We complete all the necessary applications and paperwork on our end and then meet with our clients in order to get their go ahead. We serve as the main contact with any dealings on the tower and meet with any administrators or local building inspectors.
